I ordered this pinata for my daughter's third birthday and couldn't believe the price. I also like that you could pull the strings rather than hit it with a stick, however in retrospect, maybe hitting hit would have been better. The strings came off wihtout actually opening the pinata. My husband had to tear it open, which ended up beeing okay for a bunch of three year-olds. Also, not much candy fits in it as only the body of Dora is stuffable with candy, not the head, which is the biggest part of the pinata.
Overall it looked really cute and was so reasonable, I think it is perfectly fine for your money, and I would just suggest to get a stick, rather than pulling on the strings.

this pinata was very cute, i ordered it for my daughters birthday party. the candy gets stuffed in the backpack and that is also where the strings are, which did not make much sense for breaking it apart to release the candy. i had to shake the pinata to get the candy out for the kids, but they still enjoyed it and now my daughter has it hanging in her room for decoration. overall it was worth it for what i paid.

I priced pinatas all over and this was by far the best priced, especially for a Dora Pinata. We filled it up and the kids had a blast with it! Our little 3 year olds weren't quite strong enought to pull it apart, so the adults had to help a bit, but I would highly recommend this for sure!
