Our third birthday party for our toddler boy was centered around "Thomas the Train" decorating. It was my wife's idea. There were toys, hats, napkins and what not all. He even got a gift of toothpaste with Thomas the Train on the label. He loves the train set anc accompanying accessories so all of this fit well. About a half-dozen helium balloons were added and the center piece was a large (30 inches long) Thomas the Train replica. It floated over the dining room table. Th boy loved it, of course. Hopefully it will last a long time as he loves to tow it around the house.
