Spongebob Squarepants Luau Signature Cake Set

We used this on the top of my daughter's birthday cake (4 years old). She doesn't watch the show much, but she still loves SpongeBob and Friends.

She absolutely loved the cake. And she could not wait to play with the toys. We had to wash them up right away and let her at it. She has since played with them several times, so at least it was not just a short time thing.

They were an appropriate weight for the cake - it was a typical yellow cake, and the decorations did not "sink" into the icing or anything. There is a cardboard piece. It did get a little grease stain on it from where it sat in the icing. It is heavy duty cardboard, so I am uncertain if it is to be kept. It does not fit in the pineapple house "holder" so that is slightly disappointing - but it's also hard to use with the other toys. All the other toys fit nicely into the house and she loves carrying it by the handle. She sometimes refers to it as her purse.

The directions were easy and the cake turned out awesome! We used this for my son's 2nd birthday and he is still playing with the pineapple and figures 1 1/2 years later. Really high quality items.

First let me just say that where i live in PA ,Walmart will no longer sale you their cake kits, because i tried last week to buy this exact same kit and they said sorry but they no longer will sale their kits, so i had them make the cake and wow was it AWESOME my son turned 2 and he loves it, He carries it everywhere he goes,
This was the best gift he got.(He didn't even want the other "real" wrapped gifts, just wanted to play with his sponge bob set) I am advising anyone who has a child that loves Sponge-bob square-pants..Do yourself a HUGE favor and buy this kit and bake the cake or order it from walmart,, You will not regret it at all.
it cost me $38.00 to get a quarter of a sheet cake made with this kit on top and it was worth every penny!!!
