I was overjoyed to receive the balloon for my grandson's 2nd birthday so he can take pictures with Elmo as he LOVES Elmo. Well, guess what? The most priced item I wanted for his birthday did not keep the air. I paid to have it blown up and it did not inflate but kept on getting smaller and smaller. I am so MAD ABOUT THIS and too P** off that I did not even complain to Amazon just will not ever buy another balloon by mail. Thank you!
