Qualatex 260 Latex Balloons Assorted Colors 250 per package

I bought a book that taught me how to make animal baloons. A number of baloons were included. They were poor quality so it was frustrating to see them explode while I was learning.
The Qualetex baloons are very good quality, don't break easy and the animals last for days and sometimes weeks.
I later found them at the local party store in smaller packages, hidden on a bottom shelf. I don't regret ordering them anyway.

So, I've only recently begun twisting balloons and have gone through two different sets of balloon companies before trying Qualatex. In the earlier ones I tried (can't remember the name) the balloons were popping on blowing them up maybe on in five times. And if a yellow one popped, the rest of the yellow ones were likely as defected.

I've had one or two balloons of Qualatex pop before I start twisting, and they are also holding up much better to the really tough twists that interlock 3-4 joints. When I need more balloons, I know which company to come back to now.

On a side note, balloon twisting is much easier to pick up than origami or juggling were, although the latter two are also pretty easy at the basic level. Balloon twisting's learning curve was much shallower.

Work great to make the various animal blow up balloons. Some balloons are a little difficult to blow up but they work a lot better than balloons bought from walmart or a dollar store. Those store's balloons pop too easily and do not hold their shape well - when they don't pop.
