These small, rubbery ninja toys aren't exactly something to write home about, but they're a fun little give away for a child's birthday party. Each figure is a little smaller than a US quarter (and would fit in a gumball machine ball with plenty of room to spare), and the entire set of 24 comes in a bag about the size of a sandwich baggie. There were lots of "repeats" in the set I got, so don't expect 24 different figures.
I don't recommend them for anyone under the age of 5 - they're definitely a choking hazard.
Otherwise, what you see in the picture is pretty much what you get. Just be aware that I could fit the entire set of 24 in one hand, which was not something I was expecting.

I guess, "How much fun is this toy?" depends on what you do with it. I hid 11 of them -- numbered 1/12, 2/12, etc. -- throughout my boyfriend's townhouse and watched as -- for almost a week now -- he's tried desperately to find the 12th ninja (which is actually "7/12").
It's been very entertaining.
As the other review noted: much smaller than anticipated, but that only made them easier to hide.

As stated above, these ninjas are very very tiny. Less than one inch tall and less than 1/2 inch wide. They are made of translucent flimsy rubber. I guess it would be great to stuff in party favor bags with lots of other things that will end up in the trash. But if you were thinking "hey, this would be a great ninja play set for my son"... no.
