Perforated, Easy to Distribute,

The tattoos are perforated into groups of 2s, making it easy to open the package and separate them for distribution in the gift bags. This allowed the girls a bit of fun trading and swapping with friends. The decals have instruction on the back of the package - I would have preferred it to be printed on the white side of the back of each tattoo, though.
The tattoos go on by removing the white plastic overlay, putting it on a dry arm, and then using a wet sponge on the back (Make sure you bring a sponge to the party!). They seem to go on well and wash off after 2 days.
