I could not believe how Amazing this balloon arrangement turned out to be!!! I purchased it for less than ten dollars on Amazon and had it filled at our local grocery store for less than three. The "Handy Manny" figure was nearly taller than my son and all the balloons together made for an amazing centerpiece! If you are in doubt about this item, DON'T BE! Well worth the money!
