This pinata was a disappointment from the moment it arrived. For starters, it was packaged in a really skinny box, so the dragon's wings, tail and feet were folded up and basically broken in order to get it to fit in the box. Despite my hanging it for 2 weeks prior to the party, they never completely unfurled. Also, the dragon's arms and eyes were not placed the same way they are in the picture. This may sound like a minor thing, but the difference it made is that the dragon actually looked like it was laying down trying to sleep as opposed to being any kind of ferocious. I got this pinata for my daughter's 6th birthday party. She is really into the movie "How to Train Your Dragon" and wanted a dragon-themed party. It arrived quickly and looked really good. The pinata was very durable. Too durable in fact. The kids were banging away at it for a while and it WOULD NOT break. Finally, my husband had to rip it apart with his hands to get the candy out.

Have to agree with previous reviewer on appearance, though I laughed off that review before purchase. This dragon definitely isn't fierce - mine looks baked. The only thing in danger would be a bag of cheetos. Still decent for my purpose - just don't get attached to the idea of a fire-breathing beast. Think more like Puff the Magic Dragon.
