The birthday is the neatest start to a child's special day! The hat is lightweight and fun! My one year old loved the attention she received from family and friends due to the hat! I would definitely recommend it!

I BOUGHT THIS BIRTHDAY CAKE HAT FOR MY SONS FIRST BIRTHDAY, I HAD HIS PICTURE TAKEN WITH IT ON AND PUT THE PICTURE ON HIS BIRTHDAY INVITATIONS TO HIS 1ST BIRTHDAY. HOW ADORABLE HE LOOKED.
