Just perfect for the little extra touch for a 1st Birthday party or any young child's birthday. Glad they are sold in a package of 12 and not 8 as some sellers sold them.

I used the Elmo cupcake rings for my 2 yo daugher's school party. Along with the Elmo cupcake wrappers, it was a hit & the children got to take the ring home as a party gift.
