These obviously come unassembled for shipping purposes, which does not seem like a big deal. However, when I started to put just one of them together, I realized they were totally worthless. The slit for fastening the hat together in a cone shape does not properly hold it together, and it does not look like a cone at all. When I tried taping it, it just looked tacky. Then came the strings for securing the hat to your head. I have a normal adult-sized female head, and the string was way too tight for comfort, let alone safety. One of the strings popped off after I put the hat on my head to try it out. So I have two issues with this hat. One, it's cheaply made even for a disposable party hat, and two, it's not safe, especially when you use the string to keep it on your head.
Update: I sent the seller, CelebrateExpress, an email about my experience with this item. I did not ask for a refund or ask how the return process works but merely wanted to let them know that the hats...Read more
