I purchased this item for my daughters 3rd B'day party! It was a great value - a lot cheaper than what I would have paid retail or in a store like Party City.

I had purchased a party pack from Walmart but it had Invitation and Thank you cards ... unless you're handing out invitations to kids in class, who does invitation cards for birthdays anymore? So I returned it and bought this. Comes with a table cloth, plates, cups and napkins ... add some balloons and candles and you're set.
