I received the fan in the mail, stuffed in a regular envelope and broken in several places. I sent an email to the company who sent the item and received no response. I am not concerned about the money because it was a very inexpensive item, however, it was obvious that whoever packed it, didn't care about how it arrived. It was a gift for my daughter. :(

This will be short as it is a courtesy review, I do not use the fan my self that is for my mother. The first package got lost in the United States Postal Service, and they resent the package at their loss I assume. They stick to their word in making sure you get what you order. As for the fan, she's happy with it, a fan's a fan to me, I just deal with the service encountered and it was good. As for this instance I trusted them to deliver and they did.

I would not recommend this to anyone! I bought around 280 of these fans at once, and regretted it!
First of all it's not Silk, just some cheap kind of material. And I would be fine with the Not Silk part if the wood wasn't that bad; it has pieces of it coming out and you'd get splinters by just using it. It would easily snap off the "fabric" as well.

Overall, bad quality product! Do not recommend this.
