I bought two balloons for my lil country wedding, A rainbow and a cow. They came neatly folded in an envelope. We simply ran out of time to get them filled for our small town restaurant reception. I plan to have them filled for one of my showers. They looked so fun I couldn't pass them up. The vendor was timely and professional no problem at all.
