This item is definatly specific use. Frankly; I'm not impressed. The same voice is used for all sound bytes. Not a big deal but similar items that use different voices are far better and way more funny in my opinion. The buttons are not labeled so it's trial and error when you wish to find a certain byte. I think if your a shrink, work for a shrink or see a shrink, you might enjoy this. Wich is why I say it's just for certain people to enjoy, very specific type of humor. If not I would pass on this item. It's just ok nothing more and not very comical at all. There are better, way more funnier choices available. Still take it for what it is, and adult toy nothing more good for a chuckle or two at the most. Enjoy it if it's right for you.
