I'm a little confused as to why the rating stars section is asking about a toy when these are clearly party supplies....it's ok I guess, I mean they're party supplies which will inveterately end up in the trash but I'm relatively content with my purchase and feel the seller priced it right. I would recommend the seller as well as the product. Thanks for prompt delivery!
