Well, as far as water ballons, they hold water without pooping while you tie them up. When you throw them they pop, so overall, I'd have to say this is a great product! These are not cheapie ballons where you can't even tie up the ballon and they pop, these are made well.

You get two nozzles with the pack that have a little valve. Great for the end of a garden hose to kill the water while tieing off the balloons.

Too small! They blow up to be a little smaller than a baseball. I wouldn't buy again Also the mechanism that you screw onto the hose to start and stop the water was threaded poorly and was hard to get on. Once on the valve didn't completely close making it hard to put the balloons on.
