We purchased this pinata for our son's 1st birthday, which was construction themed. I'm glad I read the other reviews otherwise we wouldn't have known that there is more than one compartment for candy/toys. We actually had to put a small hole on the wheel to fill the bottom portion. Overall, this is pretty much what we expected. It is a big on the small size, but we weighed it after it was full and it was nearly 8lbs so it did hold quite a bit of candy. This was a big hit with the kids and was tough enough that all the kids got multiple passes. For a construction themed party - this is the only pinata I could find with the exception of one at Party City, but that one was really cheesy looking.

the pinata looks exactly like the picture, very cute. It was also really small. There is only about a small shoebox space for candy.
